Alien Hair was born in the city of Qingdao, a beautiful coastal city that is the origin of wigs and hair product production in China. We started as a small corporation, producing wigs for local brands.
Gradually expanding the factory through management reforms, added facilities, and advanced machinery, we established a more stringent quality system to ensure consistent and improved hair product quality.
Following the expansion of the factory for higher production capacity, we served many overseas brands and distributors. As a result, our hair products have been exported to more than 30 countries and won global praise. These developments enabled us to greatly improve our ability to serve our customers better.
In establishing overseas warehouses, we have improved global supply chain deployment and transportation of products. To further boost our responsiveness to customer care, we improved after-sales and refund policies.
As we frequently participated in overseas wig product exhibitions, we went to more overseas markets for brand promotion. Through our exposure to various events, we have gained greater customer expansion and inspiration to improve our hair products.
We face many challenges in responding to different brand needs yet continue expanding and maintaining a stable, consistent domestic supply chain, along with cooperation with major global logistics companies for greater efficiency.
